Where Homeschool Education Meets Real-World Horsemanship
Skyline Farms' Homeschool Education Program delivers a structured, curriculum-driven experience that blends academic learning with hands-on equestrian and agricultural education.
About the Program
The Skyline Farms Homeschool Education Program is a six-week, immersive academic experience designed for homeschooled students who want to take their education beyond the textbook and into the arena, the pasture, and the barn.
Developed and taught by Carey Stewart a former collegiate equine professor with a Master’s Degree in Equine Education this program brings genuine academic rigor to practical, experiential learning. Students leave with real knowledge, real skills, and a real appreciation for what it means to work with horses and livestock at a professional standard.
This is not an enrichment activity. It is a structured educational program with defined learning outcomes, progressive content, and a standard of excellence you’d expect from a credentialed educator.

Why Choose Skyline for Your Homeschool Education
Most equestrian facilities offer riding. Skyline offers education.
The difference is Carey’s background. With a Master’s in Equine Education and years of experience teaching at the collegiate level, Carey approaches every homeschool session with the structure, intention, and depth of a trained educator not just an experienced rider.
Students in this program are held to a high standard. They are expected to engage, ask questions, take notes, and apply what they learn. In return, they receive an educational experience that is genuinely unlike anything else available in the region.
Enrollment & Scheduling
Enrollment in the Skyline Homeschool Program is by application and approval only. Class sizes are intentionally limited to ensure every student receives individualized attention and instruction.
